Priorities

Our campaign priorities are two-fold.

Build the Intergenerational Center for Arts and Wellness

The goal of the Creative Connections Campaign is to build a new and expanded Williams Adult Day Center located on our existing Shorefair Drive campus that will meet the daily needs of older adults who are living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia through intergenerational interaction and arts and creativity focused activities. Our focus on health and wellness will help older adults live healthy lives with dignity with purpose and show younger people how to embrace aging gracefully.

Sustain Core Programs and Services

Creative Connections will also help sustain and expand critical in-home programs for seniors who are homebound in our community through its support of two core services at our agency, the Meals-on-Wheels and Home Care programs.

Meals-on-Wheels

Meals-on-Wheels provides food to an ever-growing list of seniors who need nutritional support.

Home Care

The Home Care program helps seniors who are at high risk of requiring more costly nursing home placements with activities of daily living.
